McNamara was born on November 22, 1995, in the Kansas City, Missouri, US. She was born as the only child of Evan McNamara and Ursula McNamara. She is of the American nationality and white ethnicity.

She grew up in Lee's Summit Missouri in her childhood days while 16 years' later, her family moved to Los Angeles, California. She achieved her high school diploma at the early age of 14.
